Note: If you cannot find an employer on the list, do

assume lack of coverage. Not all self-insured employers will appear in this search.
If you suspect an employer of operating without workers' compensation insurance,
your suspicions to the investigative service section of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. It will follow up on all inquiries and allegations of uninsured employers
