of License Lookup Screen.

follow the steps below.
1. Select the
2. Select the Company from Entity Type
option. You will see the following screen (Screen #2) after step 2.

3. Please enter the Company Name and also select the Property and Casualty from Company
Type drop down option. If you can not find the information for Property and Casualty then change the
option for Company Type to Filing Service.
4. Now you can click the Submit button after performing step 1
through 3.

if you are searching for FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY then the final screen would appear
as follows:
When you click on the Submit button for FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, it will show the detail information depicted below.
